YU Televentures is an Indian made mobile and smart phone brand, which is managed by Micromax an Indian consumer electronics company which has its head office in Gurgaon, Haryana -India. YU which was founded on 18 December 2014, and a joint venture with Cyanogen Inc and Micromax Informatics Ltd.

This phone provides almost all features of a branded phone at the entry-level price and presently Yuphoria sold at Rs.6999/-. Build, colour and design looks unique unlike other phones which is standard hence looks promising.

When compared to Xiaomi’s Redmi 2 the features remains almost same because Redmi 2 has 11.94 cm. HD IPS display, 4G enabled with dual sim and 8MP camera. 64 Bit and Snapdragon 410 processor which is powered for better performance. But RAM of 1GB is draw back when compared to Yuphoria (With a limited offer of exchange price upto Rs.5499 on your old phones which should be functional with its IMEI numbers.)
